Delete Your Finverify Account Permanently
Account Deletion Policy
Steps to delete your account:
- Go to the Profile Page in the Finverify app.
- Click on "Delete My Account".
- A confirmation popup will appear. If you confirm, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Data that will be deleted:
- Personal details (Name, Email, Password, Mobile Number, etc.).
- Your Finance related details and your customer details.
- Any other information stored in the app.
- Your finance details will also be removed from the admin's dashboard.
Account Retention Period
We may retain your data for 60 days before permanent deletion, in case you wish to recover your account. You have 60 days from the date of deletion request to revise your decision. During this period, your account will be deactivated but not permanently deleted. You can contact our customer support to restore your account within this timeframe.
Processing Time
Please note that the account deletion process may take 2 to 3 business days to complete after the 60-day retention period.
Deletion Process
You are about to submit a request for us to permanently close your Finverify account and delete all your data. Once your Finverify account is closed, all of the products and services accessed through your account will no longer be available to you.
